I would not be surprised if this attack was orchestrated by people with Middle Eastern backgrounds. White Nationalist groups are far more likely to desecrate religious monuments or Jewish owned businesses, but physical assaults on Jews are pretty rare. People from Arab backgrounds are far more likely to harass or attack Jews physically. At least this is the case in Western Europe.
I didn't see a lot of people of Arab backgrounds wearing Yellow Vests harassing/attacking Jews in Paris recently.
