Yep, he's the scapegoat and why they acted swiftly giving him an early retirement.  Looks great for them <eye roll>

scapegoat => a person who is blamed for the wrongdoings, mistakes, or faults of others, especially for reasons of expediency

in regards the the Conflict of Interest Act and the Ethics Commissioner's ruling as pertains to your 'scapegoat' designation... just who are the others you state were 'scapegoated' and what were his/her/their respective wrongdoing(s)?

per the ruling:

so member squiggy keeps on keepin' on! Here is the classic example where a member (in this case... the waldo) responds to a post from member BC_cheque... a most respectful response that involves time/effort to research the Ethics Commissioner's ruling and post the summary findings in regards PM Trudeau. Only to have the azzhole shyte-faced burrowing weasel tag the post as "Informative"... the purposeful substitution made so as not to run up the dumbTag total... a most clever ruse the phackTard went to the effort to actually describe! What a maroon, what a rube!

so... member squiggy => 2119 weaselly Dumb tags applied PLUS at least a hundred more Informative tags substituting for Dumb tags.

its always reassuring to read your bigTimeFail consistency! Let me help you! The current Ethics Commissioner has ruled on 2 occasions... if you persist the waldo will resurrect the expert opinions

yeah yeah. Katie Telford got a couple of LPC friends to write some op-eds. I assume those guys will be appointed as commissioners or judges before long.

that showcased his failures in regards his ruling on the SNC-Lavalin fake scandal... I'd relish the opportunity for you to resurrect that rat-hole again! If you PMTrudeauHaters want to presume to leverage these rulings, you can't dismiss this latest one cause it doesn't line up with your hatin'!

As you're now the one seeking to leverage the ethics commissioner's reports, you'll note that Mr Dion's report blasts Mr Morneau for giving the Griftburger brothers preferential treatment in awarding the program to WE. In short, not a fake scandal at all.

yeah yeah. Katie Telford got a couple of LPC friends to write some op-eds.

of course, in regards SNC Lavalin, those expert legal opinions detailing the problems with Dion's misinterpretation of the Conflict of Interest Act and his jurisdiction... those opinions are a most inconvenient truth for you! So desperate for you to label those opinions as... "friends writing op-eds"! So desperate!

As you're now the one seeking to leverage the ethics commissioner's reports, you'll note that Mr Dion's report blasts Mr Morneau for giving the Griftburger brothers preferential treatment in awarding the program to WE. In short, not a fake scandal at all.

Morneau who? Oh wait, you mean the Dion finding stating Morneau should have recused himself from those final cabinet discussions of the fully independent civil service recommendation... ya ya, Morneau... very bad man! As for leveraging, are you referring to the report that cleared PM Trudeau from any wrongdoing in l'affaire WE - that report - that one?
