Municipal is every four years in October on a schedule. Federally and provincially, elections can happen whenever the House decides so they could certainly happen at the same time. I think there was a brief overlap of campaigns in Manitoba a few years ago when there was an unexpected federal election (which is most likely to happen with a minority government).
Usually they stagger them to avoid confusion and to manage election resources.

So more than one contest/race/whatever on the same piece of paper can never, ever happen?
