Well this all aged very poorly. But thank you for spreading misinformation and lies. Turns out Canadians are Canadians and not Americans. I think you watch too much CNN.
No violence, no sedition, no uprising. A very small handful of nutters with nutter flags amidst a sea of Canadian flags, honking horns, and chants of "freedom". But mass panic and hand-wringing amongst many Canadians who just can't handle people with political opinions different than theirs.
I just read this whole thread from start to finish. You yourself weren't sure how many 'alt-right weirdos' would be among them but now you're gloating like a soothsayer just because it didn't turn into another January 6th.
Glad you've got the bar set so high with, you know, like the second most shocking day in my adult recollection. Yeah, we can chalk the whole thing up to a big nothing burger just because they didn't break into the Parliament buildings to kill politicians.
Never mind the fact that the Nazis picked THIS as their bandwagon cause. Nothing to see here folks, time to move on.
