as I highlighted previously, C-21 is in committee... it most certainly is not legislation/law. Liberal win in the Mississauga-Lakeshore byelection - the 1st election with Poilievre as CPC leader... granted, PeePee didn't go to the riding to help support his/party candidate... cause he didn't want to take the chance he'd have to answer media questions!
