Federal government’s attempt at appeasing Alberta is costing the rest of Canada a whole lot more than they originally estimated.

Not operating at all yet. We'll have to wait and see. Minister Wilkinson says that instead of reducing gas taxes, Canada is working on lowering world prices by increasing to supply. He neglects to tell us how we will increase world supply with no way of getting our oil to tidewater.
