Not just a sympathizer, but a Nazi collaborator almost became king.  How many monarchists feel comfortable with the lack of any checks and balances with an institution like the monarchy and having them as a head of state?

Is it good enough just to hope they’re not a complete moral monster?

King Charles could want our government to **** 1000 babies but he has no power to do that.  In fact the monarch can't make any political statements.  The West already has had monarchs who were bastards and we took their heads off or bounced them and took all of their power from them.

Of course they have no power to command. 

They do have power to make a mess for us…. what if Chucky was a Putin lover? 

Nothing would happen.

That’s the problem…. If Chucky were collaborating with Russia, nothing would happen.  Canada would remain his loyal subjects.
