A premier doesn’t need to be an expert, but they do need to listen[/] to actual experts. Which Kenney (and Scheer) clearly do not do and have no interest in doing.
Yep, both Kenney and Scheer seem to be able to ignore the research of 97%+ of professionally trained environmental scientists. Those would be the ones that didn't fail their courses.
