There's no point in even discussing things with you when you insist on your own demented, ill-informed 'facts'.

The deficit history #'s are available at your finger tips.

If we had not brought up ridiculous non-starters like gender equity and climate change, and insisted on standing shoulder to shoulder with Mexico, we might well already have signed a new agreement by now.

So you suggest we throw things like equality and science under the bus so we can kiss Donald's arse? Not for me thanks. And of course Mexicans tend to be brown people so I see the problem there.

Nonsense.  That’s delusional.

Did I ever say I was proud of Harper in any way, shape or form? Unlike you wild-eyed ideologues on the fringes I have never had any enthusiasm for ANY politician or party. Harper was uninspired and so lacked the ability to inspire others, lacked vision, and lacked bravery to challenge the status quo. But he at least managed things in a mature and competent fashion.  Unlike selfy boy and his cadre of idiots.

As for your continued fanaticism on the budgets, which you blindly pursue despite having no facts on your side, Harper at least managed to get the budget into balance, despite being in the worst recession in decades. Meanwhile your walking wet dream Trudeau has big deficits despite the best economic times in a generation.

This is probably the most educated cabinet in the history of Canada.

Gender equality and climate change have nothing to do with NAFTA. Mexico is part of NAFTA which Trump is trying to break. Turns out he was pushing Macron to dump the EU and make a bilateral agreement with the US. The only way the rest of the world is going to deal with this guy is to stick together or the US will eat them one by one.

Maybe. Freeland is a Harvard graduate and Rhodes scholar.

Trump wants to rip up NAFTA and I expect he will bring discord into the upcoming NATO meeting. Perhaps he will succeed in isolating  the US to the point where everybody simply turn their backs on him and wait until he gets voted out of office.

I don't know what kind of education you have, JMT, but I long ago stopped feeling awe for people with degrees. Stop a moment to consider that Donald Trump has one, that moronic cowboy judge in Alabama had one, that every idiot in public office has one. A degree is no indication of ability, intellect or wisdom. Ted Cruz has a bloody degree, for Gods sakes!

Maybe. Freeland is a Harvard graduate and Rhodes scholar.

And judge Roy Moore of Alabama had a law degree and decades as a judge, including the Chief judge of its supreme court.

Are you impressed by his towering intellect?

You're assuming that will happen.
Quick question. Who has a higher approval rating, Donald Trump or Justin Trudeau?

Trump's approval rating is 41.8%
Trudeau's approval rating is 42%

Nope
Quote
was admitted to the University of Alabama School of Law that same year. Professors and fellow students held him in low regard due to his incapacity for keen analysis.[26] He graduated in 1977 with a Juris Doctor degree and returned to Gadsden to begin private practice with a focus on personal injury and insurance cases.

A marginal student who became an ambulance chaser. He was also removed from office as a judge twice.

A marginal student who became an ambulance chaser.

Ted Cruz graduated from Princeton and then went to Harvard for his law degree. Would you want him in charge?

First of all I'm not assuming anything. Second  what the hell is it you're trying to say with those approval ratings? Maybe do a count on how many parties there are in Canada as opposed to the US.
