I find it odd that liberals will trash FOX because they hammered on Obama every day for 8 years, but then will watch CNN and MSNBC who have hammered on Trump every day the last 4 years.  And conservatives will trash CNN and MSNBC for trashing on Trump for the last 4 years, while their fave channel FOX trashed on Obama for 8 years.

People have hypocritical double-standards.

"Hammered on" needs a drill down.  FOX encouraged conspiracy theories, stories about Obama's jacket and general hyperbole.  CNN is focusing on Trump's outrageous behaviour.  I would say that's warranted but after awhile it wears thin.

Let's put it this way: FOX drifted the line most noticeably from the centre-liberal network and cable median and started putting outrageous talking points out as news.  I don't think either side is to blame but I do think that they are not equal partners in this mess - they moved the line.

With things like this, there isn't an overt fix.  I think it will change slowly over the next generation.

So you think they’re equally as honest?

Probably not.  But I also don't watch much FOX or MSNBC.
"The economy has been relatively strong but Trudeau has chosen to run deficits year after year & has said will continue to do so well into the future.  This means we'll be in a worse & more vulnerable financial position when a recession hits when we HAVE to run deficits again." - Me, Oct. 3, 2019

So you’re giving a completely uninformed opinion.  Useful.  ::)
