He's parrotinig Pompeo who is demonizing China for anything and everything now.
Even having the nerve to say that China was just lying about being a peacable country. Or in other words doing everything possible to justify a war with China. Even though they know that they can't do that because of MAD.
You should check out Pompeo's little speech if you want to see a non-nuanced and phony direct attack against China.
The only glimmer of light in the whole thing that's invented by Pompeo is that it's mostly for the effect it has with Americans of both political stripes right now. They're always ready for their next fkng war!
