He has a mortgage with a bank (a bank that is operating under UK regulations). Nothing more, nothing less.
The articles about it always say “he owes the Chinese” money.... they breeze by the point fact that it’s a regulated bank and they never actually say how the Chinese would blackmail him through a bank....
So maybe Wilber and ConspiratardGraham will explain it to us.
