Now you want to talk about due process?  Now you want to talk about presumption of innocence?  Holy f**k, you just broke the irony meter!  After everything you’ve said about Trump, Harper, Republicans, and Conservatives?  NOW you want to bring up presumption of innocence and due process?  With all do respect, go f**k yourself, you f**king hypocrite.

I believe where there's smoke there's usually fire, but I have been called a police-state fascist for even thinking there should be police investigations into wrongdoing that was much sketchier than this.

video where MP Han Dong informs the House that he will now sit as an independent MP after Global News reported, citing unnamed sources, he secretly advised a Chinese diplomat in 2021 to delay freeing Michael Spavor and Michael Kovrig. "What has been reported is false and I will defend myself."

and why not? Surely you won't keep avoiding commenting on the recent PROC testimony from the current CSIS Director & the current RCMP Deputy Commissioner. Surely, hey Nipples?

recent testimony given to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs (PROC):

Quote from: CSIS Director David Vigneault giving testimony to PROC
Chinese activities did not approach the threshold of interference.
Quote from: RCMP Deputy Commissioner Michael Duheme giving testimony to PROC
We did not receive any actionable intelligence that would warrant us to initiate a criminal investigation.

Waldo is a massive hypocrite, who picks and chooses when he applies due process and the presumption of innocence.  He only reserves these principles for members of the government of his particular preferred party.  Don’t be an authoritarian boot licker.  Don’t be anti-Canadian.  Don’t be like waldo.

I'm sure your proc quotes are super in-context.  I always trust you to engage in good faith debate and will trust you this time as well with no smoke or mirrors.

the PROC testimony quotes are quite direct, quite specific; however, given the PROC testimony transcripts are publicly available... the waldo suggests that in your 'good faith debate' best, you review those transcripts for your implied missing/lacking context. Sure you can, hey! In the interim, the waldo is quite content to highlight those quotes provide the answer to your implication/innuendo concerning an arrest.

Looks like this man is the brains behind the outfit.

Michael Chan
Deputy Mayor of Markham
.

your unsubstantiated innuendo is noted

If it's "do respect", how come it isn't "do process"? 😂

I’m glad that you find the attack on our democracy so funny.

How could I take your attacks on democracy seriously? You obviously don't even take yourself seriously.

I wish you and your ilk cared as much about Canadian democracy as you do about democracy in other countries.

geezaz waldo, canya recap it for us? Sure, sure - no problem:

of course, Liberal Han Dong, won the 2019 Don Valley North election... one that had "CPC campaign tricksters" widely distributing misleading newsletters aimed at Chinese-speaking residents; newsletters that claimed the Liberal party would support the legalization of hard drugs and levy a secret 50-per-cent tax on homes.

c'mon waldo, is there more? More? Well... yes there is. The CPC candidate was none other than Sarah Fischer, the current Director of Communications for the Conservative Party of Canada... seen here (below) campaigning with none other than Ontario MPP Vincent Ke - Ke, who resigned from Ford's PC caucus amid allegations of election interference:
