Your ilk object when this is done to BLM (or pro-Palestine activists, or pro-trans activists, or whoever else) but are 100% on board when your team uses the same tactic against people you don't like.

Well leftists are starting to realize that these are popular uprisings rooted in the same place.
How are they similar? They are grassroots and not set up with conventional institutional governance. So there is no leader deciding that there is to be violence and looting at the next BLM event, or that swastika flags shall be brandished.
So now we're left to our own to make general comments about these groups, what they're angry about and their methods etc.
The BLM is angry about racism. The anti-sogi people want to stop sex ed as it is taught.
So the institutional response for these groups are the police, and the education system respectively.
The police ostensibly want to stop racism, but the education system does not want to stop teaching sogi in sex ed.
That means the latter conflict will be a lot harder to resolve.
