Canadian Politics Today

I know someone who worked in Nunavut for decades, they were friends with many Inuit there.  My friend said they didn't allow alcohol in many communities there for a long time.  Then they legalized it, and the locals couldn't handle it and many went a bit off the wall, so my friend moved back here because they didn't want to raise a family in that environment.  That's really sad.
