South of the border it happens so often that you can exploit those deaths and say "now is not an appropriate time" perpetually.
South of the border doesn’t have the same laws as we do. Our constitutions are also different. Why are you using instances that happen in other countries to justify this nonsense? Thanks for making my point though.
