I guess the cops just started blasting at the vehicle without regard for the child….??

I think maybe it was driving through a roadblock or something as I recall.  This was a horrible event and at the time was all over the news.

Completely unprofessional and calamitous result from the actions of yahoo armed civil servants IMO.
