When Muslims kill Herrera terrorists.
When blacks kill theyíre thugs.
When whites kill theyíre mentally ill and in need of help.

Thatís racism.

Did you read that in a meme today?

Itís absolutely not sufficient. Youíve ignored 90% of the article for one point thatís barely relevant to the overall point.
Barely relevant? It was one of the few parts of the article that actually discussed the data which was being used to make the claims and the data they presented directly contradicted the premise of the article. The rest of it was tired rehashing of the tropes that you are addicted to.

The trouble is the data will never support your point of view in the long run because your POV that skin colour is a causal factor does not make sense in today's society. It is nothing more than a spurious correlation with factors that do matter such as poverty.

Im still waiting for you to understand the difference between discrimination and racism.

Discrimination can occur as a result of racism.  It can also occur as a result of sexism, ageism, good taste, etc.

You donít understand the data nor the science to interpret it. Youíve made that abundantly clear over and over again.

ROTFL. Unlike you I see data as a way to understand what is going on rather than a tool to rationalize my ideology. Unlike you, I attempt to reference the data that supports my POV rather than posting condescending one-liners about how people who do not agree with you means they don't "understand science". Sorry, science does not exist as a tool to rationalize your ideology and people who don't agree with your ideology can look at the same data and see very different patterns. You need to learn more about how science works and develop a better understanding of the limits of correlation based studies (hint - no conclusion based on correlation studies can be considered to be a fact on its own because correlation is not causality and most (if not all) attempts to infer causal relationships are opinions/guesses - not facts).

No. You find one small point about one particular kind of crime and think that overturns the mountains of other evidence in that particular article. Moreover, you don't take that point about drug sales and think for a second WHY black people engage in different kinds of sales. I'll give you a clue; it's because social systems are failing them far more than it fails white people. You think you have some kind of gotcha moment here, but you're rolling around in your ****, stinking up the thread.

What other evidence? Try quoting some examples. Ferguson arrest rates? How much is driven by pay-per-use legal system that screws over the poor? How much is actually race? You can't really know from the data presented. There is no data in that article that actually supports the claims made. The writer simply assumes causal relationships because it suits the writer's bias.

Moreover, you don't take that point about drug sales and think for a second WHY black people engage in different kinds of sales.
The why is fairly obvious: communities with widespread poverty don't have the cash to buy drugs so dealers are forced to sell to strangers.
However, this has nothing to with policing and you cannot claim that the police unfairly target blacks simply because blacks are more likely to engaging in crime in public. It also re-enforced my point about poverty being the real problem and skin colour is a spurious correlation.

it's because social systems are failing them far more than it fails white people.
Another baseless assertion.

Try a little travelling around the US and you'll see it's not a spurious correlation at all, but a reality.

Read the god damned Politifact article and look up the studies if you need to.
Your problem is you are unable to distinguish between unsubstantiated opinion and facts when the opinion tells you what you want to hear. When I read these kinds of articles I see mostly opinion and if you really think there are actually facts that I missed you are going to have to explain what you think is a fact (chances are it is not). Simply telling me that I "don't understand" or "didn't read" simply confirms my impression that you are an ideologue that cannot comprehend the notion that reasonable people can look at the same facts and come to different conclusions.

. I'll give you a clue; it's because social systems are failing them far more than it fails white people.

Maybe it's the educational system that fails them more than it does white people. Or maybe it's the lack of parental support, control and discipline from single parent families which is leading to poor school outcomes. The end result is hopelessness, anger and then the police get involved.
