So then it's obviously a very different situation. Nonetheless, I encourage the authorities to investigate and, if they determine a crime was committed, to prosecute.
See how easy it is to not be a stupid hypocrite who screams "fascist authoritariansm" every time someone from their political spectrum gets investigated?
You’re right, it is a different situation.  Biden took classified material without telling anyone.

Yes, Trump was perfectly forthright. You're an idiot.
But do you still think it's fascist and indicative of a Banana Republic that they should investigate him? Or are you s=just a stupid parrot of talking points without any ability to process them whatsoever?

Actually, compared to Biden, Trump definitely was forthright.  Regardless, I never said anything of the sort.  I see that nuance is still a difficult concept.

Denying he had the documents, swearing he had returned all documents, and then only giving up the documents when the authorities were forced to search for them is a "nuanced" concept of forthright.

And don't forget lying about the situation after the fact... that he had declassified them telepathically (No, he can't do that), that Obama took a bunch of documents (Obama went through proper channels to access materials from his time in office), that somehow Mar a Lago is some sort of secure super-fortress (documents were found in his desk drawer, accessible to people like his lawyers, who did not have security clearance.)

This isn’t about Trump or Obama, it’s about Joe Biden.

FBI spends 13 hours at Biden’s home searching for more classified documents.  This is getting ridiculous now. 😂

FBI searched Biden's home and found more classified documents, his lawyer says

How come it's only a fascist police state when it involves Trump?

I’m not sure what you’re talking about, but it sounds fascinating.

You had a meltdown about Trump being searched and declared western society to be a fascist police state. I'm not surprised you don't remember because you seem to just regurgitate your daily talking points without giving them any actual critical thought.

I guess after the candies and cartoons it was only a matter of time before you children got mad about balloons.

What if I said it was a weather balloon?

The whole 'Balloon' controversy is a good indication about how out of touch the MAGAchud are.

A balloon is hardly a useful tool to conduct any sort of spying with. (Especially when you have the existence of spy satellites.) The course of the balloon is dictated by air stream patterns which are for the most part random.

Furthermore, from: https://www.cnn.com/2023/02/02/politics/us-tracking-china-spy-balloon/index.html
Pentagon spokesman Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder said...it was “traveling at an altitude well above commercial air traffic and does not present a military or physical threat to people on the ground.”...senior military officials had advised President Joe Biden not to shoot it down due to fear the debris could pose a safety threat to people on the ground...Instances of this activity have been observed over the past several years, including prior to this administration.... The US believes Chinese spy satellites in low Earth orbit are capable of offering similar or better intelligence

So the military said "don't shoot it down, it isn't causing problems now", AND it has happened previously during other presidencies, yet the current republicans are demanding Biden act against military advice and turn what is a minor issue into one that could potentially cause significant damage on the ground.
