The various videos quite clearly show he was in handcuffs, on the ground, unarmed, surrounded by at least 4 armed cops, one in the process of killing him. Are you **** blind or just plain racist?
We don’t know what led to him being grounded. I personally don’t think it matters, but it could be relevant.
