As someone pointed out - if this is how he feels about American citizens who he sees as 'foreign', imagine how little he would care about people dying in North, South Korea. Japan. Millions of people are at risk of dying ... soon.
They're not people if they aren't white conservative Americans. That's literally how people like Trump think.
