Wait until Constitutional issues come up to this court... I don’t think LGBT rights will be benefiting like this fairly minor ruling. What happens when religious freedoms come up against LGBT rights at the court? It’ll be a different story. They’re a regressive bunch down there.
Of course they will benefit, if not in a major way.
Religious freedoms and LGBTQ will always have to be balanced, just as they are in Canada.
