Yup. Gotta look to the ones in France. They know how to run people over.  Maybe need to catch them at the beach instead of the Church.

About the same number of people in the US are killed by firearms every year as are killed by motor vehicles. Motor vehicles are used by a large percentage of the population daily for the purpose they were designed and society couldn't function without them. We have all kinds of standards for vehicles, their operators must be trained, licensed and insured. While firearms have other recreational uses, their only practical function is to kill. The great majority of society can function just fine without them yet oversight and control of their use and possession pales in comparison.

Eight people get run down by a brown guy and Trump instantly freaks out. Two white guys with guns kill over 80 in the same month, he and his cronies say people shouldn't talk about doing anything to address it.

Indeed. Where would the GOP be without NRA support/funding. Perhaps a revisit to the 2nd amendment would be in order. Especially the "well regulated" part.

You still need to address the motive/issue for the person to mass kill.  We've seen where the rise in vehicles are used in places where there is gun control. The people will simply move to other methods that will create mass casualties.

You are comparing terrorism with mass murders committed by people with mental illness. The US has substantially higher homicide rates (both total and firearm) than any other developed countries and they are the world champs among developed countries when it comes to mass killings.

Both radical religious people and mass murderers are all suffer from mental illness in my opinion.

If I were shot in the head, it would make no difference to me if it was a religiously motivated shot to the head or if it was just done for the fun of it. I don't think I would even care if the shooter was born here or somewhere else.

Not really. Some people are more susceptible to indoctrination than others. I'm not even sure how radically religious some of these terrorists are. As Omni pointed out, it's awfully difficult to get a truck into a church or hotel room and kill scores of people with it.

How were you holding your rifle that you burned your hand on the barrel?  Did you receive any training at all? Given that almost the entire length of the rifle is shrouded by a heat shield, and that it's equipped with a fore-end grip, I am having an extremely difficult time picturing how you could injury yourself in this way.

Quite simple. You let your hand slip forward of the shroud after emptying the mag. in rapid fire. I won't do it again.
