Very important! And it would have to be a Biden landslide to cause those three stated to not be important to the final decision.It's delightful and it's all good. No matter who wins or appears to be the winner, the other side has enough cheating by their opponents to make it a rigged election now. These pending lawsuits clinch it, regardless of which way they're eventually decided.
The Repubs have been losing a lot of their lawsuits of late however now with aC Barret confirmed to the SCOTUS the pendulum will obviously swing the other way.
You could probably safely say that any election related cases that make it to the Scotus, will be decided in Trump's favour. That is, the key ones that will make a difference on who wins, because their Scotus will need to display caution and moderation to prevent some sort of a reaction of violence taking to the streets.
I don't think that Trump can put any silly argument forward and just count on the justices to go his way. I recall something in history where presidents tried that and it failed. Even ACA got through a Republican majority court.
