I'm not objecting to this as a 'test' per se, except that the men may allow their women to be closeted with a man alone because it's a necessary to immigrate, but then in the way of bullies/abusers everywhere she may pay the price later.
Make him look at those Danish cartoons, too, and if he starts tearing up the office don't let him in.
