How do you figure? The Reform party didn't get a single seat until the Progressive Conservatives imploded in 1993.

The reform party had a seat earlier by deb gray the first reform mp.  My point is, if people are tired of the status quo, it is possible to change it.  The ndp is another example in the 60's.  It's good as it keeps parties responsible or another party can take votes.
